Hollycake House is a fully vegan bakery & cafe with gluten free options.
We feature specialty coffee, breakfast, lunch, and a fully stocked vegan bakery section. We can also create custom cakes & baked goods for your special celebrations from smash cakes and first birthdays, to graduations, weddings and anniversaries!
We have a multitude of gluten free and allergy free baked goods which can be ordered ahead with 4 day notice (depending on availability) on our Order Online page.
About Us
We are Charles (Chuck) & Holly Bianchi
Chuck has been teaching, performing, and composing music for bass guitar since graduating from Berklee College of Music in 1997. He currently performs with two bands and teaches private lessons as well as acting as line cook and co-owner of Hollycake House.

Holly graduated from the University of Rochester School of Nursing and works full time as a radiology nurse.
From the age of 4 her mother, Vera was teaching her the art of cooking & baking. Holly opened a home-based online vegan bakery in April 2020 and because the demand was so great for her baked goods, Holly & Chuck decided to open their first brick & mortar location in East Rochester in November 2021.
