
Hi Everyone!
Our little vegan restaurant, cafe, bakery has been quite busy lately and we'd like to thank all of you for our success!
There's been many changes since we've opened our brick & mortar doors in November of 2021, but we are very pleased with our growth and what we've accomplished. We are always thinking about how to improve our food, our process and our mental and physical health.
We are a family-run business and you've seen our faces behind the line, Holly, Chuck and our son, Gabe. We love serving you and are always striving to give you the best experience that we can.
Our family works incredibly hard, not just in-house during opening hours, but all through the week. Running a business takes long, hard hours and isn't the easy, breezy life they present in movies and TV shows. During the week we are planning food specials, new cupcake and cake varieties, new drink specials, shopping, prepping and making our sauces, house-made eggs, answering emails and bakery requests, baking our scratch-made baked goods including special bakery orders, running payroll, and creating new processes for easier flow for our customers and employees.
A little about us:
Did you know that Chuck was not only our cook, but a bass player & teacher here in Rochester, NY? He's been playing in bands and teaching for over 20 years and plays gigs in Roc nearly every weekend? Holly is a full-time nurse currently working in Radiology as well as being the baker for Hollycake House.
Gabe loves the outdoors and on his days off, can be found in his kayak on one of our beautiful local lakes.
Summer 2024
We are excited to announce that we are a sponsor and vendor of the Roc Veg Fest in Rochester on Saturday August 24th! Our brick & mortar location will be closed this day, but you can find us at Parcel 5 in Roc.

Hiring:
Our amazing expeditor Cassara will be heading back to college in August and we are hiring to replace her. If you'd like to work in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented and able to multi-task, apply here. Hours are Fri-Sun 8:30am to 1:30pm (15hrs per week - weekends only). Compensation is $14-$15/hr + tips
